Citrus, Ginger & Pear Infused Water

Ingredients

  • 4 cups water
  • 2 Granny Smith apples (sliced and unpeeled)
  • 1 navel orange (peeled and cut into wedges)
  • 1 grapefruit (peeled and cut into wedges)
  • 1 lemon (freshly squeezed)
  • 2 pears (peeled and halved)
  • 2 in. fresh ginger root (peeled and crushed)
  • 2 cinnamon sticks

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to the pitcher.
  • Stir with a wooden spoon before covering the pitcher with plastic wrap.
  • Refrigerate for at least 1 hour (ideally overnight). Add ice. Garnish with the remaining fruit and herbs.
  • Store in the fridge for 3-5 days.
