chickpea flour

package frozen vegetable seasoning
Instructions
Preheat oven to 450°F. Spray a 9x13 casserole dish with non-stick cooking spray. Set aside.
In a medium bowl, whisk together chickpea flour, water, oil and salt. Whisk until there are no visible lumps, then mix in frozen vegetables.
Pour batter into prepared pan and bake for 30 minutes, or until mixture is completely set and beginning to brown.
