Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded rotisserie chicken
  • 1 stalk celery (diced)
  • 1/2 cup red onion (diced small)
  • 2 Tbsp. low fat mayo
  • 1/2 lemon (juiced)
  • 1/2 Tbsp. garlic powder
  • Dash of black pepper
  • 1 cup mixed salad greens

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients in a bowl (except salad greens), toss to combine.
  • Place salad greens in a bowl and top with the mixture. You can use extra celery stalks and carrots for an extra serving of veggies!
