Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground turkey
  • 1 package low-sodium taco seasoning
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1/2 cup shredded low fat cheese
  • 1/2 Tbsp. tomatoes
  • 1/2 Tbsp. sour cream
  • 1/2 Tbsp. salsa
  • 1/2 head of lettuce

Instructions

  • In a pan, cook the ground turkey until browned
  • Add the taco seasoning and water to the ground turkey and simmer for five minutes.
  • Using the lettuce like a boat to make a wrap and add a half cup of taco meat and then add your choice of fixings like tomatoes, cheese, sour cream, etc. Enjoy!
