Course Side Dish
Keyword quick, tomatoes, simple, easy sides
- 6 Roma tomatoes (halved with cores removed)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Dried Italian herbs to taste
- Balsamic vinegar for drizzling (optional)
Place oven rack a few inches from the top and turn oven to the
broil setting.
Place tomatoes on a baking sheet with the cut side up.
Sprinkle with salt, pepper and dried herbs.
Broil for 5 – 10 minutes or until tomatoes start to brown. Remove
from oven and drizzle with balsamic vinegar.
