Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 cup frozen peaches
  • ½ banana
  • 1 cup low fat cottage cheese
  • Tbsp. flax seeds
  • ½ Tbsp. honey (optional)
  • ¾ cup milk

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy!

Notes

• Feel free to add in additional frozen fruits.
• Add more milk if you desire a thinner consistency.
• If you don’t have flax seeds, a ¼ of a small avocado is a great substitute and will make it even creamier!
