BBQ Pulled Chicken Sliders

Rotisserie chicken is very versatile. Buy one chicken and make it last all week by adding it to salads, sandwiches with whole wheat bread and these sliders.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
  • 8 whole wheat slider mini buns
  • 8 bread and butter pickles
  • 1/2 cup BBQ sauce

Instructions

  • Combine chicken and BBQ sauce in a small bowl.
  • Spoon 3 Tbsp. of the chicken mixture on the bottom half of each bun. Top each with a few pickle chips and top with bun.
