Ingredients

medium cucumber
(sliced)

medium tomatoes sliced or wedged

red or white onion
(thinly sliced)

white vinegar

kosher salt
Instructions
Toss all ingredients in a medium mixing bowl. Allow to sit for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally, for best flavor.
