Ingredients

whole wheat tortilla
Tomato sauce

low fat mozzarella cheese

low-sodium black beans
(rinsed and drained)
Instructions
Spoon tomato sauce and beans on the tortilla.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Add optional fruit or veggie toppings, if desired!
Place in the oven at 325°F until the cheese melts.
