Ingredients

whole wheat pasta

heaping cups cherry tomatoes
(halved)

cooked chickpeas
(drained and rinsed)

arugula

feta cheese crumbles

chopped basil leaves

extra-virgin olive oil

lemon juice

garlic cloves
(minced)

red pepper flakes

sea salt
Instructions
Cook pasta according to the instructions on the box. Drain and set aside.
In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, red pepper flakes and salt.
Add cherry tomatoes, chickpeas, basil and arugula to the pasta. Drizzle the dressing over the pasta salad and mix well.
Top with feta cheese and serve!
