Ingredients

(quick or regular)

low fat milk

honey
Optional for toppings: sliced banana
(mixed berries, sprinkle sliced almonds)
Instructions
Place oats, milk and honey in an airtight container like a covered bowl or mason jar.
Gently shake to combine.
Refrigerate for 6-8 hours or overnight.
Top with your favorite fruits or nuts!
